By accessing and using Vetri Files ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Vetri Files provides online tools for processing, converting, and editing various file formats including PDFs, images, audio, and video. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using Vetri Files, you agree that you will not:

• Upload files that contain malicious code, viruses, or software intended to damage or disrupt our servers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our processing APIs with automated scripts (unless explicitly permitted).
• Use the service to process illegal content, non-consensual explicit material, or copyrighted files that you do not have permission to modify.
• Overload the system with excessive requests that degrade the experience for other users.

4. User Files and Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. We claim no ownership over the files you upload. You retain full copyright and ownership rights to your original files and the resulting processed files.

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all processing is done in-memory. We do not permanently store, back up, or inspect the contents of your files. Files are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after they are processed and downloaded.

5. Intellectual Property

The Vetri Files platform, including its original code, designs, logos, text, and overall "look and feel", is the intellectual property of Vetri Files and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetri Files and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or file corruption during processing.
• Loss of profits or business interruptions.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your files during network transmission.

We strongly recommend keeping backups of all original files before uploading them to Vetri Files for processing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.
